Power of attorney to claim ownership, 1911
Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. Correspondence amongst Malakah Iran (Furugh al-Dawlah), the Treasury, and the Ministry of Finance regarding the approval of the Cabinet to pay five thousand tumans to Malakah Iran to compensate for damages to her house when it was bombarded along with the Majlis during the Constitutional Revolution, and requesting the remaining two thousand and five hundred tumans.
